You can watch Kainoa perform on downloads, streaming sites, or even on DVDs, but what would it be like to talk directly with him through Zoom?

Well, it might get boring rather fast, but what if you two were discussing the ins and outs of magic topics you were most invested in? These 55 minute sessions are tailored to your interests and needs: whether you are looking for assistance with developing an effect or desire a directed program to help you improve your technical or performative skills, these sessions are for you. Rather than have a discussion swayed by other attendees in a group setting, monopolize Kainoa’s time completely! Make him share recipes, talk about time travel, perform an impromptu puppet show, or even teach a few card tricks.

His specialty in coins is always a favorite for participants, whether they’re just getting started or have been working for awhile. Also his knowledge of general close-up and stand-up are topics he can cover from the beginner level to a professional one (if you have specific questions, feel free to email him at magicofkainoa@gmail.com).

Remember that Dr. Harbottle has taught all age levels, from kindergarteners to college and continuing education students. If he’s not doing magic, he’s most likely either writing or teaching. In other words, he knows what he’s doing when it comes to helping others learn.

The price of $60 is for the initial meeting only. Additional 55 minute sessions only cost $40 each and will be scheduled on an individual basis. Longer sessions are available but only limitedly.

Payment must be made in advance here; you will then receive a link to Kainoa’s Calendly.com calendar, where you can schedule your session during his free hours. Most available times during the week are mornings and evenings HST (Hawaii Standard Time) with slots available on weekends depending on performances or his yearning to have a life. If none of the appointment times work, other options can be explored. Sessions must be scheduled 48 hours in advance, and missed sessions cannot be made up or refunded without being rescheduled 48 hours before your reserved time.
